Fixie / single speed frames is a good start in learning how to build a bike frame since it has minimal features and components.  Life was simple back then.


​First ​Track Race Test at Hellyer Veledrome in San Jose

200m flying sprints.  The bamboo frame was tested during this race.  The bike achieved top speed of 33 mph without any hitches.

Morong River Bridge in Philippines 

Bamboo'd Gear supports efforts in planting bamboo along the Morong river banks to alleviate soil erosion.  Morong is piloting this adopt-a-bamboo project through the BambooPhil non-profit organization. Bamboo being planted along Morong river bank in the Philippines. Future supply chain for bamboo frames!
